  2. Pour approximately 200–250 ml of freshly boiled water over the teabag.

  3. Allow it to steep for 3-5 minutes.

  4. Remove the teabag and enjoy.

For a stronger herbal flavour, let it steep for one or two additional minutes.

Lite Mode can be enjoyed warm or cold. For an iced version, brew it normally in boiled water, allow it to cool and pour it over ice. Do not leave brewed tea at room temperature for more than one hour during temperatures above 32°C
